Dr Michael Watson, Clinical Research Associate

Mike recently started at the AKTN as a Clinical Research Associate. He received his PhD from Monash University, Faculty of Medicine in 1995. He has worked as a research scientist at the University of Queensland, University of Southern Queensland and the University of Oxford looking at new pharmacological treatments for chronic pain and Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. Mike has also worked in Australia and the Caribbean teaching medical students renal and cardiovascular physiology.
